A little clarity.
Your first questions, answered.
What does design–build mean?
Design–build brings design and construction into one coordinated agreement. RENOVA describes its approach as a single point of contact connecting the early concepts with the work of building the project.
Can RENOVA work with my existing architect?
Yes. RENOVA's published design–build service includes collaboration with an architect you already have. Share the current plans and the architect's role when discussing the project.
Do I need finished plans before contacting RENOVA?
No. You can begin with an early idea or bring plans already in development. Describe the property, the changes you are considering, and where you are in the planning process.
How are the budget and schedule determined?
They depend on the property's conditions, the project's scale and complexity, design decisions, material selections, and required approvals. RENOVA develops an estimate around the specific scope; there is no single price or duration for every design–build project.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
The property location, your main goals, and any plans or inspiration are helpful. Include your priorities for investment and timing, and let us know if an architect or other consultant is already involved.
