Both. RENOVA offers construction management for residential and commercial work. The management scope is defined around the particular project.

When should we discuss construction management?

Early planning is a useful starting point. Share any existing drawings, consultant appointments, and target dates so the coordination needs can be reviewed.

Does management guarantee a fixed budget or completion date?

No universal budget or duration applies. Scope, property conditions, selections, approvals, and agreed changes need to be considered in the project-specific estimate and schedule.
