What should I bring to a first conversation?

Bring the property location, any plans or site information you already have, a few references you like, and your priorities for the home. An early conversation can also begin before every detail is decided.

How are the budget and schedule established?

The scope, design, materials, approvals, and construction requirements inform the estimate and schedule. Those details need to be reviewed for your particular property; there is no single price or timeline for every custom home.

Can you coordinate design and construction?

RENOVA offers design-build as well as custom home construction. Discuss the design work already completed and the coordination your project needs so the responsibilities can be defined clearly.
